We deliver across all of South Africa, using PostNet and PepPaxi courier services.

All prices stated below are in South African Rands (ZAR).

All orders are shipped with PostNet or PepPaxi, or self-collection (Cape Town ONLY).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Bathing Babe via WhatsApp and email, including tracking details to use, to keep an eye on your order.
Please note the delivery time frame is an estimation provided by the courier and delivery time may vary.
Generally estimations are accurate.
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day.
Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.

Bathing Babe does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery
Although we hope you love all your items from Bathing Babe, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Bathing Babe will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be returned with 21 days of receiving your order
All original tags must remain attached
Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.. Any items returned outside the 21 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. Bathing Babe reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN
Send an email to email@example.com detailing the reason for return and the purchase date. Once received, we assess your query and return an email within 2 days with details about where to post return the returning product.
Once received, the product will be examined and if it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction.
Bathing Babe does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to Bathing Babe is completely up to you, we suggest looking around for the cheapest local service. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as
Bathing Babe cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
What is Pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed on an item which is not in stock; A product which we purchase in bulk to keep our prices affordable and competitive.
How does pre-order work?
We open a window of 2-4 weeks, during which you may place an order for a product that is not in stock, after which we close the window, process orders.
On the 5th week, we dispatch all orders to their respective customer.
Therefore, PLEASE NOTE - allow up to 5 weeks before contacting us for an update on a pre-order item.
Pre-orders are to be paid for at the time of the order being placed
All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives.
Please take care when processing your order as all pre-orders are final – no additional items can be added to the order and the order cannot be canceled or edited before delivery.
Our preorder items will state that they are preorder on the product details so please read carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Preorder Purchase.
When you place your Preorder it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer. The Preorder is paid for so your item/items can be allocated to your order.
Please note that time frames provided are an estimate due to production schedules.

Upon ordering from our pre-orders, you are committing to purchase from Bathing Babe, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.
You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.
WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS.
If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.
This also applies to late or delayed orders.

How will I know my order is on its way?
Once we receive your pre-order in our warehouse, from our suppliers, we will send an email, and a WhatsApp message to you, wherein we supply you with your parcels tracking details from our 3rd party courier service.
There is no waiting period on in-stock items. If you place your order before 12PM, your order will be displatched immediately and tracking details will be sent to you via email and whatsApp, within 3hrs.
We do not accept order cancellations on preorders. On a rare occasion if a cancellation is agreed to, we may offer a refund but a cancellation fee will apply.
This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are nonrefundable to us.
